How long does shipping take?
Most orders are thoughtfully prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days, with express shipping available for 1–3 business day delivery.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note: Crowned Elite custom units are made to order and require up to 2 weeks for customization and delivery.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that custom-made Crowned Elite units are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.

How do I return an order purchased with Afterpay?
Orders purchased using Afterpay follow the same 14-day return policy. To begin a return, email support@crownedbysacred.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original Afterpay payment method.
