Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Crowned by Sacred. If something isn’t perfect, our policy below explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Window

• Standard orders: Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Afterpay orders: Follow Afterpay's 14-day window where applicable.

2. Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
• For hair products, hygiene seals and lace must be intact.
• Final-sale or custom items are not eligible unless defective.

3. How to Start a Return

Email support@crownedbysacred.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your Crowned by Sacred order if approved.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (less any shipping/return costs if applicable). Refunds are typically processed within 7-business days

Refunds will be processed back through Afterpay once your return is received and. approved. Afterpay does not allow refunds to be issued as store credit or applied toward future purchases.

5. Exchanges

Need a different length, texture, or style? Contact us to arrange an exchange on eligible items.

Please note that exchanges do not apply to Afterpay orders. Afterpay does not support exchange transactions. If you purchased through Afterpay and wish to return an item, you will need to request a refund and place a new order.

6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

7. Afterpay 

If you purchased with Afterpay your payment schedule may be adjusted by the provider once a return is processed. See: Afterpay Terms · Klarna Terms.

8. Shipping Costs

Free return on all unused products within 14-days of receipt. After 14-days the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
