Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking details.

U.S. Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly based on location or high-volume seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to follow your order’s journey from our facility to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Items must not be worn, washed, dyed, or styled in any way. Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buy Now, Pay Later Options

Our store captures payments only after fulfillment, in full compliance with Afterpay payment policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos at support@crownedbysacred.com.
